Prisha Seva Trust, Manipal-Udupi, organized a half day workshop on the topic “CAREER SCOUT-A WALK OF LIFE”, on 25 January, 2022 at VKR Acharya Memorial English Medium High School, Kundapura, for the students of Class 10. Nagaraja Kateel, Secretary of Prisha Seva Trust was the resource person.
Nagaraj’s talk started off with a brief introduction on Dreams and Goals in Life, followed by career options available under Arts, Commerce and Science streams, as well Diploma courses. Nagaraj also spoke about careers in army, navy, air force, as well as state and central government opportunities. Nagaraj demonstrated future of work in 2050 through a video and also motivated the students by presenting eminent personalities and their achievements.
School Principal Mrs Chintana Rajesh, Vice Principal Shubha K N, Teacher coordinator Chandrashekar Shetty were present on this occasion. About 90 students at the school were the beneficiaries of this workshop. The program commenced with a short prayer from students. Principal welcomed gathering, Tr. Coordinator introduced the speaker and Vice Principal presented vote of thanks.
