Prisha Seva Trust, Manipal-Udupi, organized a half day workshop on the topic “CAREER PURSUIT”, on 05th February, 2022 at Manipal Pre University College, Manipal, for the students of Class 11th and 12th. Nagaraja Kateel, Secretary of Prisha Seva Trust was the resource person.
Nagaraj started the workshop with a brief introduction on Dreams and Goals in Life, followed by career options available under Arts, Commerce and Science streams. Also, careers in army, navy, air force, as well as state and central government job opportunities were the topics covered by Nagaraja Kateel. Nagaraj in his presentation listed eminent personalities and their achievements to educate and motivate the students.
School Principal Smt. Roopa L Bhat, Secretary Rotary Club Manipal – Rtn. Rahiman S A, Teacher coordinator Rtn. Prabhakar Bhandi, Rtn. Dr. Girija, Rtn. Prashanth Hegde were present on this occasion. About 75 students from 11th and 12th grade of the college were the beneficiaries of this workshop. The program commenced with a short prayer from students. Principal welcomed gathering, Tr. Coordinator introduced the speaker and Rtn Prashanth presented vote of thanks.
